Indonesia's State Electricity Company (PLN) has urged the public to refrain from flying kites to avoid electricity disturbances, especially during the High-Level Forum on Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships (HLF MSP) and Indonesia-Africa Forum (IAF) II to be held in Nusa Dua, Bali from September 1 3, 2024.
